vdKasteele Vakantiehuizen processes personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

  • processing reservations
  • communication regarding the stay
  • legal obligations (for example administration and taxation).

The following personal data may be processed:

  • name
  • address
  • email address
  • telephone number
  • payment details.

For the processing of data we use software provided by MyTourist.

Personal data will not be stored longer than necessary.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless this is necessary for:

  • legal obligations
  • administrative processing of bookings and payments.

The renter has the right to:

  • access their personal data
  • request correction of their data
  • request deletion of their data where legally permitted.
